it started off that i signed up for a plan at $140 then i went to pay it and i was now signed up for a plan at $170. Then i went over my data and they continued to keep charging me in excess of $300-400, and on top of that they would not give me a physical copy of my bill they said i could call customer service and they could have one to me in about 30 days. So I cancelled my plan and now owe them 1600.
