I was charged a fee of $500 by Charles Schwab Properties to advertise and sell my timeshare about two years ago... One of their agents, Mr James Wheeler, called me last week and said he had a buyer and after paying $500 for a title search I was supposed to get by Friday or the latest Monday a check for $12,000 and sign off papers. They also said I need to pay another $600 in fees that the timeshare company was charging before releasing the property Nothing has arrived. No papers, no $12,000 and I can't reach anybody at Charles Schwab Properties and James Wheeler's phone number doesn't work anymore. I sent three money orders through Western Union.
