I submitted an order for a trial version of Gircinia Camodgia Extract for a total of $2.95 for shipping for a 30 day trial. Once I submitted the order, I checked my online credit card account and found they had charged my card more than I authorized. After calling and asking to cancel the order and receive a refund for false advertisement and fraudulent charges, the representatives refused to refund my money and refused to let me speak with a manager. They refused to give me the name of the company or information on contacting their corporate office. I advised them that based on federal business practice laws, they are required to provide that information. They still refused. Once I accused them of being a scam and stating I would pursue this case to the highest of courts possible, they continuously disconnected my numerous telephone calls. I have since canceled my credit card and had a new one issues, and they have been reported to my credit card company's fraud department.
