Ordered camera, delivery not fulfilled within 14 days as promised. On complaint, advised that we would receive a tracking number within 48 hours and delivery within 10 days. Neither occurred. Complained and was told a refund would be made to my credit card account within 7-10 days - but this did not occur. Now told the refund will be made by October 30. I've already begun a reclaim action with my credit card company - I'm not prepared to wait any longer.
Very dissatisfied, but hey, if I get a refund they will have had the use of my $630 for a few weeks, so not bad business for them if you times that by 'x' number of similar victims.
Anyone else thinking of doing business with this company?
