International boundaries
Placed an online order for boots on 10/4/13. Noticed the next week that the status still said "processing." Emailed the company to get an estimated delivery date; got no response. Notified Paypal (through which I paid); opened a dispute and got a refund this morning. Paypal notified them when the dispute was opened and received no response either (they give the seller 10 days to respond or the seller automatically loses the claim). Paypal is awesome, and this seller is a fraud. Buyers beware!
