I spoke with someone at Neat Containers and was promised over and over that the balance of my order would be shipped soon. Nothing ever arrived so I contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint. They credited my account for the total amount I had paid. I figured if he wanted to challenge, I'd be happy to pay for what I received. Never heard a word. Fortunately I got my money back.
