International boundaries
Order a total of US$250 worth of SuperDry apparels from this website. From the sales order, the delivery would be 1 to 3 weeks from the closing date of the promotion which was mid September. Called them in end Sept and was told that the company would receive the apparel on 18 Nov and I would receive my order 3 working days later. I called on 21, 22, 23, 24 Oct and was demanded to speak to manager. CS staff said she couldn't transfer the call and she assured me that she would get the manager to call me on the same day. No one called.
I would be going down to their office to get a refund. This is a scam!
