I paid the $55. For kefir grains and kombucha and was told there was a 3 week wait. I agreed to the wait time as I was about to give birth in aweeks time. I corresponded with Sandra, who was very nice and we even shared some info about having children at a later stage in life and how she loved her daughter etc. I waited and waited and finally after 2 months waiting, I asked the product and received email apologizing and saying the daughter was ill etc. She promised shipment soon. A week larer, nothing, I asked again where was my order andagain given another eexcuse thst she didnt have enough and had to wait to let the grains grow again promising shipment in a few days. A week later today I asked again and no answer still. Then it dawnwd on me to look up scams associated with dom, sandra and Kefir and lo and behold a page full on google with complaints. I have asked for a refund since finding all the scam information.
