I ordered a chef basket, which came with a free one and it came with a free Robo Stir.. On the commercial it said $10 w/ free Robo Stir and plus shipping of $4.99.. The commercial even came on while I was on the phone with the rude ass supervisor.. She said the most refund she could give me was $15.. I said are you crazy?? She then told me she had another call to take.. I went off on her.. I asked for a return number for the product and I called my cc company to dispute the charge.. Total rip-off.. She wouldn't even adjust the difference.. Never again.. If I were in her face, I would be in jail for chocking the shit outta her..
