when i placed the order it was advertised on the tv. it stated that it was a free trial and only shipping charges were charged. when product arrived it stated that we had fifteen day to cancel if we wanted to. i calld within that time period (10) days to cnx. this month on my checking account they charged me $29.95. i called custom service and they gave me a runaround/how do i stop them from charging my checking account. i'm 83 and need help. thank you
