at first I was being charged approx $30 for a computer computer safeguard type product, except I did not complete an order for said product.
Now, they're telling my bank that I owe them $90!!! WFB doesn't sound very helpful at the moment, but will meet w/them tomorrow. I did not order from this company. I wondered how they could allege that I did, and then triple the charge it would be for anyone else!
Was encouraged to see so many complaints filed on line against this company, particularly because Wells Fargo Bank didn't seem very helpful and it was their credit card that I used. Any help you might provide would sure be appreciated. Sincerely (Personal Information Removed)
