Client sent email to confirm my purchase with no contact information for the company for me to cancel the trial period. Once the trial was over I disputed through the bank because I could not contact the company. I was charged a 2nd time because I did not cancel. How can I cancel if I cannot you. Phone # provide 1-800-427-8988 not a working # only # provided. I want my money refunded back.
