I came across an ad while downloading a coupon app for a trial of Garcinia Cambogia, for the one time charge of $2.95. This was the 15th of Oct. 2013. On the 16th I was reviewing my bank statement and saw this company took UNAUTHORIZED amount of $159.00!!! I called the company right away, the "customer service" rep was very hard to understand due to a VERY thick accent, and she refused to transfer me to a manager. So I called back...4 more times with the same results. I called my bank and filed a fraud complaint, I filed a complaint with the BBB and called the local FBI for internet fraud. When the product came in the mail, I refused the package, now the company tells me I will not get ANY REFUND!! Because I refused the package!
The e-mail address that is provided is bogus, I sent 2 e-mails, both came back, then I asked a "rep" for an e-mail, the one she gave me is also bogus!!
This company is really bad. Stay away!
