Received a scam email with their link in my son's name. Followed up not realising the email was a scam. The advertising copy was totally misleading. It turned out to be all about affiliate advertising, rehashing what is widely available and of no interest to me.
I emailed under the guarantee asking for my money back three times without response. I received a telphone call from someone allegedly in their development department who claimed to have no knowledge of reimbursements and tried to sell me into something else. I had to cut him off. These people
