I had ordered a BSNL Penta T-Pad IS701-R from shopclues.com. The total amount for my shipment including shipment charges was Rs.2500. As I recieved my order, I saw that my T-Pad is a faulty piece (dead battery) as it was dead on arrival. I contacted the customer service center of shop clues they told me to send us that faulty piece back to us and we will re-ship you a new one. But till now they are ignoring me as they are saying they have forwarded my case to their merchant and they are waiting for the response. I messaged them that send me my refund back as I don't need my order now but they are ignoring me. I want you to take a strong action against my case.
