I had ordered a 14 day trial bottle of lipo slim extreme on Sept 23,14, called to cancel this product on Oct 9,14 because I had not yet received this product. I discovered today a full charge on my CC for the product. When I called to have this charge removed I was point blank told that I should have called within 10 days of NOT receiving this product in order not to be billed. I challenged the person on the phone to look up my package received date for the product which she did. She could clearly see the product did not get to me in a timely manner and told me that it was basically my fault for living outside the US...ridiculous comment for a ridiculous company.
