I was contact on my phone by a gentleman from DermaJuvette, who offered me a free trial and he ask me for my card's details and I wasn't sure, so he persuaded me saying they were just gonna take £3.99 for shipping cost. I checked at the time and they only took what they said.
However, 14 days later they took £89.00 more without acknowledging it to me.
That's not all, in August the sent me another bottle and took £90.00 more again without my consents.
I rang them to ask for my full refund and they were very argumentative, and rude saying that I accepted a contrast on the phone. They refused to give a refund, I offered to send the product back and they also refused it.
I have sent letters with recorded delivery to the address listed in their website and they came back with no answer. I've sent emails and no answer either.
Obviously, whatever address they have in their website is false.
THEY ARE A BIG SCAM BOX.DO NOT ACCEPT FREE TRIALS BUT MOST IMPORTANT DON'T GIVE YOUR CARDS DETAILS TO THEM.
