I was sold a Certified car that was in a major accident and had damage to the rack and pinion. The car was certified to inflate the selling price. Also a GAP insurance was added unauthorized. We noe learned that this is common practice of buying junk cars and certifying the cars as like new. Kia USA refuse to serve penalty or suspend their franchise's because of the profit they receive from this fraudulent dealership.
