These people/person have been harassing my parents for the last couple days, luckily for us we didn't buy the whole IRS story but all these story's sound very similar.David cooper has threaten to call the cops and put my mother in jail.We told David Cooper that we would take my mothers phone to the cops to speak with them to ensure if this was a real matter, David Cooper replied with "I am the cops".I definitely had to post this after I helped my parents research "David Cooper " I hope others find this sight like I have before it's to late
