I ordered a supply of Max Garcinia Burn and paid the $2.95 shipping. I decided I didn't want it and was told to send it back with a tracking number and write a RMA number on the outside of the package. I sent it back and called them with the tracking number. They received it on September 20th. I have been calling ever since for my refund and have not yet received it. Every time I call they say it will be 7-10 days to recieve my refund. I have still not yet received it and they have said they recieved the package but I'm not on the "refund list" yet. When I ask for a supervisor there is never one available. I've been put on the "supervisor call back list" about five time but never get a call back. I still haven't recieved my refund and today when I called it just kept playing hold music and no one is answering. I just want my money back!!
Update: 11/25/2013
I called my bank and had to cancel my debit card cause they charged $9.77 additional on to it. But once i cancelled it my bank got back all of my money for me.
