I fell for the ad and sent for my trial pac. got it, but only been a few days so no idea if it will work.
PROBLEM= after23 days, on a sunday, i noticed they had charged my credit card for $41.85 with out my permission. I called the company and after about 35 minutes a very rude, and incompitant lady answered the phone, she told me the charge was for the first order. with quite a bit of arguing, i finally hung up with the final responce to her that i was going to report them to the better business buru. i contacted my bank and submited a claim.
the next day i got a mesage from B D. saying they had reimbursed my $41.85. upon checking they still have not done this.
