I completed a survey on line and was given three options as a free gift for doing so. Unfortunately I choose lipo slim. After filling in info on the site this link sent me to, I decided to first read the terms and conditions. It clearly stated that if this was an order as a result of a gift, you would not be added to there list for further billings. So, I assumed all I would have to pay was the shipping for this one product. That was 08/24/2013. I did not receive the product until Sept 22nd. I almost forgot about it.
When I got the product I began to question how free this was so again, I went onto there site and read the terms and conditions. I got there number and tried to call them. I could not get a person, after waiting on the line a few times. I did not want the call back as that would cost me even more. So again I read the conditions. (Unfortunately I did not make a copy of those conditions-I sure wish I did now) It said to cancel within so many days and I knew I did not receive the product in time so I read further. It said you could either call or email for cancellations or inquiry further. So,I sent am email to [email protected] explaining and writing out exactly what there terms said and asked them to make sure I would not be billed for anything further. That was again Sept 22. Since then I have been billed twice. I also received another package from them and the post office told me to just return it to sender. I did not want the product.
Today I called lipo slim's office. I also went back on line to read the terms and conditions again and of course, they have changed them. In talking with them they refused to give me any refund. Even if they get the one I just returned to sender, No refund. I still have the first bottle but they make me sick. Some gift. Rogers was suppose to have paid for the first bottle. Never again! If I had saved the original terms and conditions I would be better off but I did not.
