We tried to contact the company and got the same respponce that is would be canceled and that we should see the funds in a 2-4 business days. After the reversal was not in the account, we called and they stated that the shipment had already gone out. We told them we would not accept the delivery. We contacted our bank and filed a complaint through them.
We have Returned to Sender on the package and Refused on it as well, and placed in the mail box to go out tomorrow.
The bank has refunded our cost at this point and we will follow up when we know more.
