update to our earlier post on our 2006 four winns boat, we did have to report the boat stollen as we were left with no other option as the phones were turned off and no return emails. we were in contact with the insurance company and they helped us locate the girlfriend whom agreed to let us come recover our boat.was told that Dan was in jail and she had no knowledge of his transactions,she had the boat in sedona, arizona and would meet us the next day to give us the boat back. she did what she said and we recovered the boat the following day. we are very gratefull to the insurance company for thier roll in getting the boat back to us. we have notified the police department that we have recovered the boat. this was a very stressful event that we will not put our trust in people we do not know again. but we are pleased to report we have the boat back and can move on with our lives.

- I have been screwed over by Dan as well. We assumed an RV loan and have been fighting with him ever since. We have been unable to get in contact with him for the last two months. Being in jail would explain it, but then who keeps posting his ads on craigslist everyday? I think his girlfriend is covering for him. If he is in jail, he's still able to get internet access daily. Who knows. All I know is he is a thief who who belongs in jail.

- My insurance co. is Investigating my problem...Dan has scammed me out of my Corvette.....any info you can send me i would appreciate it...I also agree that his girlfriend is in on it also....Tom....The address of the girlfriend would help greatly....thanks

- Just got through to Dan. He didn't recognize our number and so answered. He is obviously not in prison, however we do know he is in legal trouble. He says, once again, that he will pay us what he owes. I will be surprised if that happens. All letters sent to his address get returned as undeliverable. If you search him at http://apps.supremecourt.az.gov/PublicAccess/caselookup.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1 you will see that he has been in legal difficulty for A LONG TIME!
