I ordered nude by nature months ago. After receiveing the product there was no way of knowing what products I was able to use an which ones were to be sent back. I rang the company to explain an was going to send it back. They said if I kept the whole shipment I could have it for half price. So I paid for it an told them to cancel any more shipments asi did not want any more. On October 8 I went to use my card and $99.90 had been taken from it I had no idea why this money was taken as I knew I did'nt owe anyone. I have rang the company but have not received a call.and today at 2pm I receive another package of skin care. I don't believe I should have to pay nearly $10.00 to return something I did not order or want
Update: 10/21/2013
Spoke to them. Said I did not cancel. Would cancel me now. But I have to keep shipment I received on 21.10.2013
