I have a complaint about a refund for $32 the WNLI it given me a hassle about getting back. What's interezting to me is that while barely done signing my contract at K-Mart I got a email that my $32 was taken from my bank card.

Now that I return the laptop and await the return of it. They forgot how to work the card system I suppose. Its interesting how fast they can take the money. But to send it back. These people behave childish when you call them as well. Then they cant get their stories straight. One said a check will be mailed. Another said it will be debited back to my card.

WHICH IS IT YOU (Inappropriate Content Removed)???

(I'm starting to believe more and more that these people need to be reported to the Better Business Beaura)

Anyways. I "leased" a $400 laptop at K-Mart. First, I have truly learned to not buy anything I can't pay full cash for upfront anymore. I also learned with companies like this. You have to fully read every little word in their contract before signing it. It is absolutely important to read it first. WNLI thrives on the fact that their prey wont read the "fine print" It is a known fact that most everyone doesnt read the "fine print"

I got out of my trap and snare with WNLI because, thanks be to GOD my laptop had issues before the first ten days were up. And I was able to turn the laptop in and hopefully get my $32 back before the Lord returns again.

Hope this helps everyone. I wrote this complaint to help the WNLI prey or would be prey. Do NOT do business with them. Go to RentaCenter or other REAL Rent2Own companies. I dont know (Inappropriate Content Removed) is wrong with this company. But something isnt adding up here. Ive been dealing with Nations Rent to Own for four years. Not one problem. Ive spent thousands there. Go to them, but not this company here.
