I've been trying to find out why I keep getting third party monthly charges for $13.99 on my Rogers mobile bill since I began using their services. I complained to Rogers whi said it was a third party party bill and had nothing to do with them, and nor could they tell me what is was for. I never subscribed to this and have been scammed for more than two years.
