I was told by a Wendy carter that I would receive a loan for
3000.00. I was sent a contract that looked very legal. I was told to send them 417.00 which was 3 payments. I was instructed to send it to Ryan Thomas in Canada. I did that and was told by her that the money was going to be deposited the next day by 11 am. It wasn't there of course. Called the office and then was told I had to send 350.00 more for insurance. I did that only to be told that wasn't enough. So minax was suppose to make up the difference in insurance money and I would have it the next day. It wasn't there then. When I called I was tranfered to a Dave Carter. Only to be told that the insurance company rejected the money because they (minax)made the additional money. Dave told me that he would find me another lender or get my money refunded. But I would have to wait for my refund until there next billing cycle. He told to call him Friday which I was assured a new lender has been found and no extra money would be needed and the money would be in my account by 11:15 10/16. Which of course was not there giving me the same excuses as before.I was told to call on 10/18 to talk with Dave again but he didn't answer the phone it goes straight to voice mail.and he has not returned messages and does not answer my calls. This place is a fraud.
