I bought 4 tickets for My friends and I to go to Depeche Mode in LA. We all live in Vancouver, so this was supposed to be a special trip for all of us, and our first time in LA.
We got to the Staples Centre the night of the show, with both printed copies of our tickets and the electronic ones, and were shocked to find out when the security woman scanned them, that there were people already in our seats. We were told they had been resold to people on Stubhub.
I have been in contact with the company, though not once have they apologized in any way shape or form. They have now lied to me and told me I refunded when I havent been.
Our trip was ruined, by this company and they should be ashamed of themselves and no longer allowed to conduct such a shady operation.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!
