I received a sample in the mail and their terrible customer service agents assured me that I had placed the order. I had to ask the agent what their web site was, as I didn't even know! I have tried to resolve this through the company; however, they have constantly said that they could not help me since I placed the order, WHICH I NEVER DID! I've escalated through my credit card company since their customer service team refuses to listen and provide actual customer service.
