This company has not done what they were supposed to do, get me a modification. They have attorneys but they don't do the work. They sent me a package to fill out, then they sent it back to me and told me to send it to the mortgage company. After many many phone calls I was able to get someone to expalin that I did not pay for the attorney I just paid for the to put my paperwork in a folder the way the bank wants it! I could have don this myself! Every time I talk to them they tell me something different, I don't know what to believe except that they have my money and I got no help whatsoever.
