My brother is deceased. I have his mail forwared to me. Today I received a demand for payment of a Equipment Lease Agreement. I sent back the demand letter ( I made a copy for myself) with a note that my brother is dead, the estate is empty, and there will be no payments forthcoming. I asked them to stop sending any correspondences and that any such correspondences would be given to a lawyer. I am sending this email to provide evidence of this transaction. Any help you can give me before this gets nasty would be appreciate. I did not include my return address to the letter I sent Pushpin. Thanks, (Personal Information Removed)
