I signed up for a free trial of slimming pills ( a pack of detox colon cleanse and a pack of raspberry ketone) about 2 months ago and after using half of the free trial pills, I decided it wasn't wasn't working and that it probably wasn't very safe to be taking pills that I've ordered online so I cancelled my membership. I went online tonight to check my bank balance and they took £84.99 and £69.95 out of my account on 5/10/13, so this month. I am devastated because I'm on a very small income at the moment - I'm a masters student and I only get a small bursary every month to survive on and I can't afford these payments and didn't authorise them. I threw away the next bottles of pills they sent me (which I now realise I should have sent back) and I deeply regret this - I've read online that other people who have been scammed by this website said they tried to ring them and apparently you only get your money back if you cancel within 14 days and send the next bottles back. I am very upset about this and really need my money back as I'm on such a low monthly income and have rent, phone bill and food to pay for. I really feel this company is manipulative and out of order - they don't make things clear enough.

Please advice me on the best way to get my money back - my bank say there is nothing they can do and that I have to take it up with the company - they say I probably ticked the terms and conditions box which apparently says they will take lump sums out of my account. I don't recall reading this and I'm very distressed about the £154.94 they have taken out.
