I received a call from this company this morning stating that i had filed for a cash advance and that i had cancelled my application. Apparently, they said there was a fee for not cancelling it and that i had transferred money into my account. The man on the phone accused me of check fraud among other things. I have NEVER had or accepted a payday loan from this company. This is a scam. Amongst other things you can tell the call was being outsourced. The guy on the phone said they were calling me from Nebraska from some law firm. He said they were going to have me served with papers and were suing me. All this for a cash advance loan that i never received.
