This company is a total scam, beware! These folks contacted my 82 year old father who suffers Dementia, and my 67 year old mother unsolicited over the phone. They were put under the impression that this company was affiliated with the Honda dealership (they are not) and that they had to have this policy. They were sold the policy in April.

The mileage was made up by the sales associate as 40,000 miles (because the vehicle wasn't in their possession it had over 65,000 miles). In September they tried to use the policy for an $800 front axle issue and were denied payment on the claim without providing a full service history on the vehicle?

When I attempted to cancel the policy I was again told that I would be required to submit verification of milage currently on the vehicle then they would prorate the refund based on the information that they made up in the first place...

When I explained this to the representative I was told that this was my fault and that there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told first that there was no one to speak with, then that there was, but they were busy.

This company is a total rip off, I would urge anyone considering doing business with them to do your own research and find out what other people have to say about them. You'll be shocked
