Booked and paid for ticket to fly out on 08/07/2013. Ticket was never issued. I was given so many excuses by Michael and Roslaie. After ringing them constantly 2 days before departure, I was told there was a problem and my money will be refunded in 48 hours.
I am still waiting to date. I can't get hold of anyone. Their phone number 0203 053 1600 is constantly engaged 24/7.
All I want is my money.
