This company has taken €118.85 from my credit card without my permission and I have no idea what is going on here. I received one email from them confirming my order for free trial where I paid for the postage. To my knowledge I did not sign up for further products and so I've no idea what this payment is for. I am very distressed reading these other complaints. I also ordered a free sample skin product on the same day from Skindelux who were advertising on the same advert on facebook. The sample was free and postage paid - they've also taken money from my account €106.84 Are these supposed to be reputable companies????? I didn't even get a confirmation email from this company to say the free trial had been despatched. I've no idea what's going on here and I'm very upset about it. (Personal Information Removed)
