I very foolishly purchased some garcinia cambogia at the end of June 2013. The promotion was for approx. $99 -( I can't find the ad now but it was between $90& $99.) You had the option to purchase some colon cleanser at the same time and I declined. When they billed me I was charged $65 more supposedly for the colon cleanser. I contacted the business web help desk as directed. The man I spoke to supposedly dealt with the problem, said I would get the refund but it would probably not appear on my credit card for a month or two as it was being processed. No problem...I waited. I contacted them again to say I had not received the refund and was told to call a number and speak to someone. I did that today. She initially said she would credit me then tried to sell me more product. When I said no to that she said that she was unable to refund any money. She said it was no longer available. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor. So my dilema now is what can I do about this?
