midland funding apparently presented a court ordered levee against my acct today for 4,500.00 and debited 4,000.00 from my account. I have received no notice, court summons, papers delivered to my house or work, no phone call nothing and today 4,000 is just taken out of my account - how is this possible, legal? thanks (Personal Information Removed)
