I requested a free trial of RVTL. I did not realize the 14 day time frame. However, as I re-read the ad, the total $ amount that I was charged was not mentioned anywhere. I called the company and got nowhere with the agent. He did offer me $30 as a one time exception. I do not want $30 but the entire $93. I advied the customer service rep that I was not happy with the product anyway and wanted my money back. He said I should have read the fine print better.
