After applying to a mailer about the mortgage on my house going into foreclosure, called the phone number I was getting to a representative after faxing all the information they required was told that a loan modification negotiation had been worked out. That I needed to send a certified check to capital express Fullerton California. The $3900 was used to negotiate the loan modification with the lender! After looking up the address in Google Earth I could see was a mailbox in a slum area! Not sending money
