On 7/29/13 I spoke with Mavaro's representative regarding my dissatisfaction with the contract I received in the mail for my 2013 accord. I told him that my husband and I was not pleased as the contract did not cover all items we discussed. The representative stated that he would have to call me back the following day after reviewing the conversation I had with Mr. Demps on 7/19/13 regarding the contract.I received a call back approximately 2-3 weeks later from another representive stating that they (the company) would be willing to add the other services at no extra charge and I could keep the contract. I stated that my husband had already decided he did not want to continue the contract with them. I was asked to talk with him again and she would call me back the next day. I told her that I am sure he would not change his mine. I never heard anything from her so, I called 8/28/13and spoke with a representative and informed her that I wanted to cancel the contract and did not want coverage. She informed me that it would take 90 days before I could received my refund. I could not understand why it would take so long and she indicated she did not know why, but that is how long it takes. I called 9/24/13 I called the business office and was told by Carman (their representative) that it takes 30 days before I would receive my refund. Since I had made my request 8/28/13, I assumed that I would receive my refund to my account by 9/30/13. After checking my account I found out no funds had been placed in my account. 10/16/13 I called and spoke with Alfredia (too rude for comfort). She was not professional at all and I consider a disgrace to the company. She stated that Carman was wrong and it takes 90 days. Now it will be NOVEMBER 30th I guess before I can receive my refund. I need these funds to provide for my children's Christmas. These people are not providing me with any service. I don't feel that I should have to wait this long for my money. I just don't understand this. Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
