I CALLED YAHOO TO FIX MY MAIL AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SUPPORT ALL OF OUR COMPUTERS FOR 5 YEARS. NOW THEIR 1-800-982-1360 NUMBER SAYS IT IS DISCONNECTED.
WE PAID THEM $599.95 ON OUR CREDIT CARD.

THEY SAID I HAD A CONFICKER WORM AND I SHOULD HAVE THEM WORK ON ALL OF MY COMPUTERS.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO BE SUCKERED YET AGAIN. I THOUGHT IF YAHOO RECOMMENDED THEM, THEY WOULD BE REPUTABLE.
