I received some product from Phoenix Labs without and invoice or statement attached. I had no idea why I was receiving this product. Then my credit card company called with a fraud alert about two purchases I didn't make and I finally connected it back to Phoenix Labs. Luckily, my card was cancelled and the charges reversed back so I am not out of that money. However, I still would like to know why I was sent product I didn't order and how they managed to get my credit card information!
