I ordered parts for a go kart online. I never got my parts. They will not respond to e-mails, and do not accept phone calls. Postal service says that the package never made it to the post office. They will not respond to messages left by phone. They do not track all packages, and do not insure the contents for the amount required to cover my lose. This was suppose to be a birthday gift for my son. They claim that they are not responsable for my loss of money. Then who is?
