wells fargo charged me 100.00 to process a child support lein that was impossed by child support. at the time i had only 125.00in the account. so when child support garnished my account the only recieved 25.00 of my money and the other 100.00 went to the bank? I was lied to by the banker who opened the account for me becauee he told me my account was Protected. I read know where in the contract detailing that it would be a charge to me to have my account garnished. in essence ...the bank stole the 100.00 from my account . i would of been satisified if the child support agency received the large portion of my funds and that the bank got zero . they where holding my money and it was supposed to be safe.
