I bought a Garcinia Cambogia Extract and Colon cleanser trial product costing $2.95and $2.98 for bottle respectively on 4th OCT, 2013 but received 2 bottle of Colon Cleaner 1800 and 4 Bottle of Garcinia Cambogia Extract on 12th OCT, 2013 Saturday and charged me $148.95 so far. I far as I know, I was supposed to receive a trial product of 1 Garcinia Cambogia Extract and 1 Colon Cleanser.

Problems:
1. Never Received my trial product instead received an extra numbers of bottle which I never asked for.
2.No email or confirmation SAYING their will be a charged of $148.95
3. Received invoice stating the product cost $148.95 for Extract and $120.00 for Colon cleanser but was not clear if they were going to charge me that amount of money or was the product cost that much if it was not on trial.
4.Closed on weekend so can not get hold of them right away. So, we can not take action.
5.Called on 15th of Oct, to ask for refund and wanted to talk to their supervisor, but one of their employee hanged up on me.
6.Finally, talked with their supervisor after calling twice, but only to know that I have to send the product back to receive my refund which I never asked for.
7.Have to work extra mile just to send their product in my busy schedule.
8.Most terrible thing, I have to pay from my pocket to return that product.
9.Spend money for the service and product I never used.

Lastly, I would like to say that there should be a serious action taken to this company and customers like us should be compensated for fooling us, messing with our bank accounts and making us to returning their product using our own money or not getting any refund.
