Direct Business Lending

On 8/12/13 I found Direct Business Lending online. I did a quick search, and didn't find any problems with Direct Business Lending. At that point I called and spoke with Kurt (I imagine this is their salesman as he had nothing to do the business after that) who asked me what I was in need of, and for me to explain my business, how long I'm in business, my credit-both personal, business, and how much money I needed. I explained my credit in detail in which case he had the report in front of him. I explained my business is sole proprietorship with my contractors license registered to the sole proprietorship business. I told him I needing $100,000.00 within 2 weeks, and if that is not possible I'm not going to sign up for this. He assured me he can do that. I paid $145.00 down, and signed a service contract for $118.96 a month for 24 months. That contract states Direct Business Lending will provide me with a business plan, business credit, entity formation, website, directory assistance verification as it states on page one of the contract. That was late in the day, and at that point they informed me they closed for the day. Call us back tomorrow. I called early next morning and from there everything changed. They have different personnel assigned to each service so contact each one to get it started. I did which took over a week before they even got back to me. Now a week is lost which leaves a week to acquire a loan as Kurt promised me. At that point each person I speak with tells me I need to do this under a corporation and not sole proprietor, and we will need to set up a corporation. Once that is accomplished we have accounts that we'll add to give me established credit in that company. I then explained my contractors license is in my sole proprietorship business as I had previously explained that to Kurt before signing the contract. They said don't be concerned with that as the banks will not check that. I was so pissed I didn't know what to do, and in so didn't do anything with it. A few weeks later I discovered they set up a corporate account in a corporate business (I shut down years ago) on Dunn & Brad Street in which case I removed that. I'm not going down these illegal means for funding with Direct Business Lending or is it Biz Funding Builder or is it Precision Elite Sales Team? Direct Business Lending was appearing to be a scam so I research over the next few weeks and they are one in the same. Kurt who set this up never mentioned any other company name except Direct Business Lending. My contract states the seller is Precision Elite Sales Team dba Biz Funding Builder, and the services are provided by Direct Business Lending. Researching Biz Funding Builder on line with BBB, Scambook, Ripoff Report, and other blogs I discovered this business has many (209) unsettled disputes in which case BBB States it is no longer in business! They then state they can't even get in contact with them because the business is shut down! As for your services, every person within this company wants to proceed in a manner that is illegal, and get there in a completely different way from how I was told before I paid you money, and signed a contract. This company misrepresented what they can do to obtain financing, and how they were going to do that, much-less in the time frame I so specified.
Had they been honest with me I would never had signed with them. The process alone takes months not including the completely different path I would need to go in which case I wont. Their process to acquire financing is fraud and I'm not going down that road! I left e-mails, and messages when your credit counseling department didn't make the first phone appointment we had as to the urgency to start the process. We lost a week before initial contact, and my messages were very clear as to my dire need get this done, and your promise get me financing in 2 weeks.
