I entered into an agreement with 123 Settlement.com for payday loan settlement assistance on 9/11/13. They withdrew $490 from my checking account to be held in account to settle with my creditors. I stopped hearing from them after 9/20/13 and none of my phone messages or emails have been returned. I sent an email on 10/11/13 cancelling my agreement with them and I want my $490 returned. They violated their own agreement by not responding to my requests for information. I waited for almost 30 minutes to speak to a representative on 10/11/13,since my credit counselor had stopped responding to me. I never did speak to anyone and was forced to leave another voicemail.
