Ordered a sample bottle for $4.95 and was sent 6 bottles. Called company to return products and was told I would not be charged. Two days later I was charged $148.95 and I returned products and they were signed for on 8/30/13 by their shipping dept. have been waiting ever since for a refund. I have called numerous times and I am told a different story each and every time. They have tried to get me to accept a $70 refund, having product sent back at a lower price, and even been told I'm not eligible for a refund. Now how is that when they got their items back!?? You can't charge someone for a product they don't even have!!! Total rip off company!!
